The standard Golden Triangle is sold as five days and rushes Agra into an afternoon. We add one night. That single change is what lets you enter the Taj Mahal at opening, walk Agra Fort when it is empty, and reach Fatehpur Sikri before the coaches. Delhi bookends the trip; Jaipur closes it with Amber Fort on a full morning.

Airport pickup and check-in. If you land before noon we drive out to Humayun's Tomb in the afternoon — seeing it first makes the Taj Mahal legible three days later, because one is the rehearsal for the other.

BreakfastOvernight: AgraWe leave the hotel before the gates open. The east gate queue is usually the shorter one. Two hours inside, breakfast afterwards, then Agra Fort mid-morning while the crowds are still at the Taj.
