There is no charge and nothing to cancel for sending an enquiry or receiving a draft itinerary. You owe nothing until you accept a written quote and make the payment we ask for.
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation terms depend on the terms of the specific supplier — hotel, airline, railway, or vehicle operator — used for that booking. We show you the applicable supplier terms before you pay, and again in your booking confirmation.
Where a supplier charges us a cancellation or amendment fee because of a change you request, we pass on exactly that amount — we do not add a markup on top of it.
Where a refund is due, we initiate it to your original payment method within 7 working days of the cancellation being confirmed. The time it takes to reflect in your account after that depends on your bank or payment provider.
Where a trip cannot proceed because of events outside anyone's control — extreme weather, government restriction, natural disaster — we will work with suppliers to secure the best available refund or credit, but cannot guarantee a full refund where the supplier itself does not offer one.
