TejasTrip is the trading name of BHAVYANSH ENTERPRISES, a sole proprietorship registered with the Government of India under Udyam number UDYAM-UP-01-0176390, operating from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We act as a travel agent and, in most bookings, as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers — hotels, resorts, airlines, railways, and vehicle operators. We arrange these bookings on your behalf; the underlying service is delivered by the supplier and is subject to that supplier's own terms.
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices only. A firm price is confirmed only in a written quote sent to you after we understand your dates, group size, and preferences. No booking is confirmed, and no cancellation terms apply, until you have accepted a quote and made any payment we have asked for.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal, travel, and identity details you give us, for holding valid travel documents, and for any visa, permit, or vaccination requirement of your itinerary. We will tell you what we know, but the responsibility to hold correct documents is yours.
We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, or cancellations of any third-party supplier, or for events outside our reasonable control including weather, strikes, government action, or natural disasters. Our liability, where it arises from our own error, is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
