When you send an enquiry through this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you choose to tell us — travel dates, destination, number of travellers, or a message.
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels unless you explicitly opt in through the cookie preferences on this site, and even then the data collected is anonymous page-view analytics, not personal profiling.
Your enquiry details are used only to plan and quote the trip you asked about, and to contact you about that enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Where your trip requires booking with a third-party supplier — a hotel, an airline, a railway — we share only the details that supplier needs to fulfil that booking.
Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet our tax and accounting obligations under Indian law, and are then deleted or anonymised.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@tejastrip.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
